Overview

Welcome to the jungles of Belize! This Prepare to Roar trip pairs epic jungle excursions with world-class emotional intelligence (EQ) training, development, and action planning. Anticipate an intimate and exclusive expedition (three to eight guests).  Private expeditions for larger groups – family or team — are available.

Emotional Intelligence is hard even when things are going well but add a layer of stress or unfavorable conditions on top and things can go haywire.  Even our best intentions can get lost or backfire. Through the three EQ fundamentals of self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy you will learn to elevate your interpersonal skills, especially in times of stress. This expedition leverages Prepare to Roar’s proprietary The ROAR Model®, as the framework which guides you in identifying the “right” prey (or goal) and then through the learning and outcomes-driven expedition.
